I have had 3 empowering 60 minute sessions with Samantha Vidal. I must say that I have learned quite a bit about how to execute better self care, how to self empower and how to communicate my needs. Several lessons were put into place to help me work on myself and bring about my goals. I must say my favourites being the ego box, writing my life story and connecting and writing the dialogue of my inner child to better understand what I still hold onto and how to let it go.
