Wishing you a Happy 2025 year, my wish for you is that life is better than you could even imagine!

New Year's Eve we will begin that process to work through some of our shadows to integrate them so going into 2025 will be easier. There will still be much more spiritual growth to do in 2025 but I am excited at all the possibilities of deciding what I would love to create.

A beautiful way to release the old year and invite the New one in with intentions, meditation and celebration. We will do some deep work to release old beliefs to help us not to bring it into the New Year.

The schedule for the Retreat:
The Retreat is from 8pm-11:00pm
Social 11 pm-11:55 pm
Countdown 11:55-12:30 am.
After the Retreat, stay as long as you like, it is optional to stay for the social and countdown.

Are you ready to take on 2025 by Releasing 2024.
What is the shadow? The shadow represents the parts of us that we disowned, disliked, never acknowledged. We learned somewhere that these parts of ourselves were wrong, unworthy and unacceptable and so we followed suit. What happens is when you have denied these parts people will begin to show up and mirror to you what you cannot accept. You can find it difficult to achieve or maintain the things you love because you have an underlying story that you have told yourself and it is now on autopilot.
New Year's is a great ceremonial time to create change. The energies particularly this year are moving very quickly to create those changes.

This New Year's Eve Retreat is about setting the wheels in motion to create the changes you desire:

• By creating an awareness
• Releasing what no longer serves you
• Working with your chakras to help in a deeper way
• Connecting with your body through meditation, chakra, breath, dance
• Releasing the old year and inviting the energies of the new year
• Creating what we do want by getting clear and setting our intentions

Let's do this together and become more high vibrational beings by creating the change within and helping the world to shift to a higher vibration as well.
