Start Your Day off  with a High Vibrational Routine

​You know the old saying, I should have stayed in bed, since I am having a bad day? How would you feel about having less of those and being more excited each and every day?  Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?
 
The key to having a fabulous day is deciding to set yourself up for success. Deciding the night before while laying in bed daydreaming of all the wonderful things you have right now and that more is on its way for the next day and each and every day after that.
 
Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • Take some time to clean up your bedroom, turn it into your sacred space to make it peaceful and inviting. You want to love this room because the more you do, the better the rest you will have and the more inspiration you will feel in the morning.
  • Take some time to daydream to begin winding down for the night. The last thing before bed list all the things you are grateful for and if you fall asleep while doing that, great!
  • Morning! Before you open your eyes, imagine your day, how do you want to feel? Affirm, I am feeling amazing and I know I will feel fabulous all day long. My day is joyful, abundant, peaceful and friendly. List as many things as you can.
  • When you sit up and put your feet to the floor, affirm my body feels flexible, calm, and strong.
  • Decide to speak kindly about yourself and others. If anything happens that is not so pleasant consciously reset yourself to keep yourself joyful or at least neutral. Redirect your attention to the things you love.
  • Release any negative chatter, self-talk and replace it with kindness.
  • Choose tools to use that help keep you at a higher vibration, like music, scents, and crystals. Listen to inspirational talks, audio-books, meditations to help raise your vibration.
  • You really want to focus on raising your vibration to get more of things you love.
  • Set up your morning to include at least 10 minute of movement to get your energy flowing. This is a great time to listen to inspirational material because it connects to your mind and body at the same time. It also is a great use of time to be doing them together.
  • Eat some high vibrational fresh food that you have spoken some beautiful words over to clear any energies from the grocery store. This will clear and boost any foods that you eat and help your body to simulate easier.
 
 
Once you create a beautiful morning routine the rest of your day will be lighter, brighter, easier and you will begin to manifest fabulous things into your life. What is so exciting about this is, that you now have the tools to reset throughout your day to bring you back to your centre.
