I overheard a conversation my husband was having with a friend explaining why he had beverages chilling on the porch in winter. He was trying to teach the younger friend about saving resources by chilling the liquids outside so that the fridge doesn't have to work hard to chill the warm liquids. Which is a great idea! However, the wording my husband used was because he is cheap. The wording teaches this young friend the poverty mindset.
If my husband had worded it as being resourceful it gives it a completely different and open energy. Being resourceful offers a feeling of hope and creativity. This is the energy where new inventions are birthed.
We don't realize some of the wording we use and then impart that onto someone else, especially young minds that look up to us. This creates a belief system in lack. We all do it but it's important to pay attention to what we say and believe. Awareness is key to catching a belief of lack and fear.
Give some thought to how you have been creative, inventive and resourceful in your life and how that has lead you to something amazing.

I got up today and meditated...
During my meditation, I was guided to transform my reality from a belief that I could only just get to a certain vibrational threshold of what I thought I deserved. I needed to go back and look at where in my childhood I experienced this.
What I discovered was that as a child, I was frequently ill with childhood diseases, including measles twice, scarlet fever, tonsillitis, and tonsillitis, which I however still have. Here is what being sick meant for me: it kept me safe. I was shy and had throat chakra issues, so I didn't need to speak. It meant I didn't get picked on at school by students and teachers, and I didn't do well in school since I wasn't there much and was too shy to ask questions.
Have you ever noticed the signs that are just for you?
When I was in my early twenties, I remember watching the show Star Search and one of the categories was for supermodels. One night, they said, the name Michaela (She was from Argentina so, it was pronounced, with a Spanish inflection). I was immediately attracted to her name, but I didn't know why but I felt the nudge.
A couple of months later, I met a makeup artist; we were both doing makeup for a modelling agency; she was from England and, her name was Mikayla. This was the second time hearing this name but slightly different and, I still had that nudge that it was important for me to pay attention.
These two times, I felt my breath taken, I knew it was important and began to think if I have a daughter, I am going to give her this name.
A couple of years later I met my husband and guess what, his name was Michael!
One year before we got married, I heard the name a 3rd time as Michaela Dr. Quinn on the Medicine woman TV show. I again felt the nudge.
I was set on this name so, I took it as a sign since my husband's name was Michael. It was never my plan to name any of my children after me or my future husband because I always wanted my child to feel they had their own identity. I felt compelled to give my daughter this name, so I tried other names because my husband was not as in love with the name as I was. No other name felt right, so I knew it just had to be.
When something shows up several times, especially 3, I feel compelled to listen and act on the intuitive hit.
Have you ever experienced something so strongly that you followed your intuition? Have you seen the signs that you could not ignore?
The more you listen, the clearer they will get.
